they of course must be knowing about his country , not his ISP tho . they must be having prejudices about some countries just like many trackers do and its not a surprise they will ban users from some specific countries on just being suspicious rather than concrete evidence . i dont think they would even bother to check his account if he was from US or UK even if he faked 50 TB's .
normally tracker staff would suspect countries known for not having so good connections but as i said, it also depends on how it's done. having something like 25gb per day in the profile will stand out no matter which country.
