Packs are full of partial seeders and that's definitely what got you banned.
The Azureus Hack "generates" activity by downloading from other peers, that's why it works. You'll have to either use it, or look for a greatly popular torrent to fake download on.

Last Month I invite my self at bwt and uploaded daily 1tb by Flashing PMR and RM with High speed. I choosed the torrent with low leechers ( like 1 or 2 leecher ). In 10 days i uploaded 10tb with downloading 150gb or around. Now today I have see that account that was not banned and I also got 5 invites too. Very Poor Scripts !

Avoid appearing in the Top 10 (or similar) and you'll be fine.

never upload torrents unless you have to to become PU. I upped a couple to seem "legitimate" when asking for invites in their forum, never seeded them well, so they probably examined my up/dl history.
don't think they ahve scripts though.

the upload speeed depend on howmany leecher there on torrent
U can decrease and increase the speed based on leecher
Always use memory reader in RM
Also have tested Mratio there upto 200 kbps
