You would need to install an app like jdownloader and use it as client to download such links. You can also login to your seedbox via VNC or any desktop remote connection application and download manually the links. Last option is per-host provided API/Application like megatools for mega which is command line tool to upload/download from and to mega account(s).
BTW, jdownloader could be run via command line and then you would use addon for firefox and make an account to manage it via the browser as it were rutorrent.

For Mega, there's Megatools - command line client for Mega.nz
But I'd recommend running jDownloader headless on your server and controlling it via a Web browser. Other downloaders for Linux also exist. In any case, you'll need shell access to your seedbox, so make sure you've got that.

I installed pyload on seedbox and it lets me download filefactory links but it's very slow. Max speed is 80 KB/sec. How can i speed it up? Are there any good premium link generators for filefactory?
You can't, download speeds are limited for free users. The only workarounds are using a premium account or link generator.
I don't know any specifically for FF, but this might make a good start. Are there any good premium link generators for filefactory?

You can always resort to multihosters. However, they are not free but cheap and handy. Usually link generators have limited access and/or have many adlinks which can be a source of malware. You can check out hosting cracking sites which can help you gain premium accounts for different sites with a normal fee or free (but free usually means banned accounts fast due to multiple ip logins)
Lastly nothing is free until you have the knowledge to know how to get things free.
Good luck!
I did this from 2010 to 2011, going one step further and learning how to crack the accounts myself. It was pretty fun! However, both the sites' security and the programs that break it change constantly, and once I found myself with less free time than usual, I couldn't afford to stay updated.
