Is it just a matter of opening as many instances of RM+ as the number of files I want to fake seed? Should I worry about anything else like memory reader (I don't think so, once I don't plan to run my bittorrent client while I'm fake seeding)?

Yes - for the time being, it's one torrent per instance and you need to open multiple ones if you want to use more than one torrent for cheating.

uTorrent uses one peer_id and key for all torrents, so make sure all instances of RM+ do the very same.

if you're using any other windows but windows 10 it will do its job, otherwise be sure to edit your client file to match windows 10.
that's for sure till I work on detecting windows 10 automatically.

edit: I think i made it myself the client. I looked the client files. only change
client name, prefix id and user-agent. client name is simple utorrent 3.4.5 41712. I found prefix id and user-agent in the txt files. I tried it. memory reader work it. please can you look and and confirm the client file.
