Are you still maintinaing this? Some of the bugs added on the project have not been solved in years.
Plus I would really like to talk to you about mRatio's features.

1:
What we need is a way to add torrents based on a predefined profile.
The predefined profile will contain every setting from the add wizzard and the advanced menu item:

import location
emulation
torrent options
advanced menu

When I click on the add wizzard now it should automatically load all torrents, randomize speeds, add tags and start them. Clean and simple.

A user can have many profiles, either tracker specific or situation specific. As an example:
Low speed profile - speeds: 100kb-200kb, download path: D:\DOWNLOADS, emulation: 3.0.1, torrent status: leecher (0%) , change speeds every: 2min with random upload: xx and random download: xx ,tags: tr01, autostart: yes
Seed Points Profile - speeds: 0kb, download path: D:\DOWNLOADS, emulation: 3.0.1, torrent status: completed (100%) ,tags: sp, autostart: yes
Waffles Method - speeds: 4MB-10MB, download path: D:\DOWNLOADS, emulation: 3.0.1, torrent status: completed (100%) ,tags: sp, autostart: yes

2:
Waffles Method that retains it's settings after closing mRatio.
Waffles Method will mostly be used on huge torrents that cannot be completed in a day. So if I close a WM torrent it should start itself with WM as well. If I have 1000 torrents and use the Start All Torrents button, these torrents start as normal, NO WM. Which can cuase serious problems.
Either start them as WM or not start them at all giving some kind of warning to the user.

3:
Waffles Method, Flash and Advanced tab should also be in the add wizzard. It is not convenient having to add torrents with some settings and the right click for the other options.
I would propose having just the Advanced Menu Item that contains:
General Tab which will include Automatic Stop and Automatic Speeds.
Method Tab which will include Waffles Method and Flash Method Options.

This will make lives so much easier and will look nicer too.

4:
Situation: Added 10 torrents, defined changed speeds when the ratio is bigger than 2. Torrents uploaded untill ratio 2 but after a couple of weeks I want to change that setting for the same torrents to ratio 4. They won't start uploading by themselves because upload/download speeds have 0B/s. How about changing the setting to set speed to 0 but still keep a record of speed used. This way, when the ratio limit changes the torrent can start automatic even though it is stopped.

5:
Temporary pause upload and download speed of torrents. Uploading at 1Mb/sec and just pause the torrent, retain it's download or upload speed and temporarily set the current upload or download speed to 0.

6:
Show total upload and download for the current selection.

7:
Add another column for change speeds when ratio is bigger than value.

And also add a randomizer for change speeds when ratio is bigger than for large number of torrents.

I've download mRatio 5.2 and was planning on using it with uTorrent 2.2.1 (which is already installed on my PC). Would you advise me upgrading my version of uTorrent to the latest version or will it happily and safely work with 2.2.1?

If you gonna use mRatio it's better to stay with the older versions, the newer is just rubbish anyway.

Another question for you, if I don't plan on using uTorrent at the same time as mRatio, can I ignore the Memory Reader functionality? Or do I have to activate it irrespective of having uTorrent switched off in the background?
