hehe, doing 'nothing' is impossible, even staring at the 'freshly painted walls' is dong 'something' (daydreaming?), besides, many other employees would call you lucky, since they cannot afford to be late or leave earlier or 'do nothing' at their workplace

never did quite feel spoilers as a problem... i mean, you can never spoil the movie entirely, just the events/plot, not how the actors or the director performed it, the actual performance, so it doesn't seem like a big deal, oh well...

I think you are wrong, when someone tells you a spoiler, you tend to watch the film with a different perception/perspective, most specially when it's a thriller. You watch the trailer, if you like it, then you have one expectation. This expectation is then ruined by the spoiler.

I agree! Am I mad because Hellman spoiled it for me? No! I just won't have the same feeling watching movie now, there won't be any suspense "did he really do it", that kind of thing!

well, to each his own - i just let the movie entertain me, regardless of what i may have already heard/seen/known about it, the same goes for new or already viewed movies - in this way spoilers are not too relevant for the experience, ie. not a big deal

Now these two seem strangly connected!

About the spoiler: imho spoilers are fine.
I just don't want to read/hear about them myself when I plan on watching it. I seem to have completely missed the spoiler and I'm happy about that.

But we have spoiler tags, right?
    Spoiler :
So how about we just start using them for spoilers?

Agreed. Knowing what will happen doesn't completely ruin the experience forever (I wouldn't have watched Fight Club like 20 times otherwise), but the first time, it's so much better to find these plot twists yourself.
