It will depend pretty much on the tracker in question. Anyway, if you want to be on the safe side, then don't surpass your real max upload speed in the combined fake upload speed.

So this would be good:

(ex. 1 torrent 20-30kb, 2nd torrent 20-30, 3rd torrent 20-30)

The admins of the tracker can see my total upload rate for all the torrents or do they see the upload rate per torrent?

They can usually the speed per torrent, as they'd check peer lists individually. But nothing could keep an admin from using an internal script to check the total average speed, but that's only a supposition on my side.

what do you recomend using the Change speeds if the number of peers is les than(5)? Using the 0 speeds or Gradually decrease upload speed?

In my opinion any one will do, but the Change speeds if the number of peers is les than(5) seems to be safer.

If you really want to be safe, you should use whatever tools the tracker site provides to monitor the consumption rate of the swamp. An UL rate that is larger than the consumption rate of the swamp can get you caught.

They have the ability to see both. So your total UL rate should seem reasonable.

Yes. That is the safe thing to do but you need to make sure that it is detecting the number of peers correctly. You will have to wait after your first update to the tracker then compare the peer count on mratio against the peer count on the tracker site. There are a number of trackers where mratio is unable to report the number of peers correctly. So on these sites you could find yourself getting caught when you are uploading because mratio thinks there are peers but there actually are no peers.
