Client files for the latest builds aren't publicly available, that's the policy.

do you mean latest stable build , and all clients are save to use from this tool ? in the oldest versions some client versions were bugged but I gues all are same now ? with the right settings for the specific tracker ofc

- Only takes effect after restarting mRatio.
- Leave it blank if don't want to use it.

Confirmed, my bad, it will be fixed on 4.0.2.

346 = Tooltip on Ip/Hostname textbox. am i right? is that the one you are talking about?
