Does the trackers have multiple announces? on the tracker column does it appear the right url?

No, they don't. Yes, it appears the right url. I formatted my pc today and it's still a problem. added mRatio and the ports it uses to the whitelist of antivirus, windows firewall. However, still can't connect to any trackers by mRatio :( I'll let you connect to my computer via TeamViewer to find out what is wrong with mRatio if you like.

I figured that it only freezes when I choose to use always the same port option (I've already tried multiple ports in this option) and if I choose randomize ports it doesn't happen, but i think in order to successfully cheating I need to be connected to the tracker so how am I going to do that randomizing ports?

Allow port range from your router such as 45670-45679.

- You are using 64bits -> Don't enable upnp , it's only fixed on 4.0
- Don't use ports that are already in use (example: using the same port as utorrent), this will be fixed on 3.9.1
- It works with random ports because it uses a port that is not in use

It does... but the way it's coded makes it more of a workaround than a proper fix.
