IPT is easy to cheat on. I have been doing it for years and also have all my invites cheating on it. In another thread I mentioned an invite accidently uploaded 450 GB in 6 hours when he was first invited and didnt get the chop. My upload is around the TB mark and I have only really uploaded 10 GB.

Right, but you haven't been doing this lately? If you read the thread, you will see IPT has employed more than 1 tracker announce per torrent. This concern new torrents.

What kind of cheating does the multiple announce tracker torrents stop exactly?

As of this writing, any one involving tools with the word "Ratio" on their names.

    Coincidence (mRatio, RM etc.?)?

Or you mean all the cheating tools?

Any idea if a disabled account on IPT might be restored? (temp disable or permanent?)

Disablement is always permanent. The remains of your former account in the database are not, however.

I guess the answer to your real question is "it depends on what you were banned for".

If the cause was cheating, then you need to act innocent and be "sorry" and how you feel super guilty for committing such a horrible mistake, and then you promise not to cheat again, if that didn't work, try for a 2nd time by enlarging the moderator's head there as in: "I came back, I thought of talking to other one, but I thought I'd solve it with you....pl0x"...etc

A screenshot of shift-delete for RM/mR folder is a cool idea if you ask me.

If it's inactivity then be "the c00l d4wg" and you'll restore your account almost immediately.

    Then no acting is required

I think they don't disable for inactivity, by the way. I've invited someone who hasn't used his account for 30 weeks and he's still there, enabled.

You know how there's "America's dumbest criminals" show? Well there should be a dumbest cheater just for me lol.
I was updating my client and I believe I missed to set something (or the client had multiplier issues like in some versions before). Next day I get a pm that I was uploading above LAN speeds LOL.
Why the effff did I need to update my tools. A lesson learned here - ALWAYS test your cheating tools after you updating them. The sad part is that I cheated so little on IPT and I would've had a positive ratio even without cheating. I was rational and apologetic but the admin didn't feel like giving me a second chance, I was even prepared to donate 10 or 20$ just to stay on the site. Going to change my IP address soon and start looking for an invite I guess, I love that site :)

Then why bother at all in the first place...

Note the "donate and everything's forgiven" tactic does work on TL, in case you ever find yourself on a tight corner there.

Yeah 3 torrents yesterday and 3 the day before. With IPT I usually try to achieve at least a 1:1 ratio with 95% of torrents

Hehe, for some of my torrents it's almost impossible to reach 1:1 ratio, some series I watch aren't very popular lol.

I usually reach a good ratio with IPT torrents because I only have to upload only 1% of the file size and also I use IPT to get only the latest stuff and get the harder to find stuff from the niche trackers.
