it has been announced once but no news so far
well that might be a bit over the top. also there're things like stylish to change the looks.I find the new layout to be absolute crap and will be giving my account away soon)
anyway it's still the best site out there for leeching because you get tons of quality stuff and all is seeded by dedicated servers. not to forget that there still is no snatchlist and cheating is just as much fun as effective.
right now i don't know of any other site that could keep up.

My technique used to be the following: sort the "normal" torrent list by leechers, pick the most well-leeched torrent (you have to choose between little leechers or even less than that), and do 20MB/s stopping before the update every time.

start low and rise your speed after the announce and stop should works too, isn't hard to cheat and don't get caught at scc.

I have got 3 doubts :
1) Do you actually fake download every torrent or at times you flatly pretend as seeder from the start itself ? - In case it depends, then how do u decide ?
2) Also if you are on a pack (say 20 GB+), do you still fake download it fully or partial download works in that case ?
3) Downloading with 10 MB/sec and uploading with 20 MB/sec (Read it somewhere from your post), can this be used in every case ?

No, since SCC offers Scene releases you can find elsewhere.
