Anon, could you plz show me how to make a client for RM ? I'd compared some old clients and found they're juts different about peer_id prefix. How could I find a value for that string.

There's a tutorial on how to make client files at Moofdev.net. Note for uTorrent, it's the peer_id prefix and build number in the User-Agent that changes.

For now, try to rename ratiomaster.exe to rm.exe.

I've uploaded new package with renamed executable. Apparently there is conflict with naming of config file, that popped up after compiling in new Visual Studio.

Its work now after renaming to rm.exe
