All that talk about 'being honest' on their IRC is BS. If you've done something wrong theyre gonna ban you no matter how honest you are with them. And once your account is disabled then its for 'lifetime'. They should atleast have a punishment sort of period where they ban you for one year and then you can sign up again after that. One account per lifetime is nonsense. Just pushes ppl to trade.

I guess the only way to reset those bans and disabled accounts is for them to get busted by RIAA. In the end they're breaking someones rules too by facilitating copyright content. No worries though. We'll have another site in couple of weeks after that with the same content because its the users who upload that content make the site what it is.

Also re: the liftetime ban unless they lifetime ban IP it is difficut for what.cd to enforce. And if they do enforce lifetime IP ban then its just a bit silly cos no one stays with the same IP haha for their lifetime, I change ISP all the time.
