what is the purpose to cheat at a place like demonoid? they have invite forums people strive to acheive?
Well, their forums (which are separate from the tracker) sometimes have rather nice giveaways (BCG, SCC, What.cd), where providing your Demonoid profile link with a good ratio is a must, among other requirements.

Wait a whole day and log in to the site before you begin cheating if you want your stats to be updated.
Not that they'll ban you for a low ratio... or even care about cheating.
