On torrentbits any mod/tool will work. I had only one acc for 3 years now and it has been buffered with mratio, ratio master and vuze. In ratio master I used a speed of 3 (min) - 6 (max) mb and it worked flawlessly. Used it every day on torrents larger than 60GB and huge ammount of leechers.
Also, hit&run can be done without getting caught.
I just flashed 100gigs in one shot using rm about a week ago - very easy to cheat there.
