For IPLAY cheating mratio is best.
U can cheat at higher speed like 1 mbps on pack.
Is there only bitcomet 0.70 allowed?
Perhaps you can use our 0.60 lp on iplay...

The problem is that bitcomet is closed source and so you haven't much possibilities to edit the original client.
I can change the values a little bit that your client send a multi of 13 or something like that.
Perhaps i can realize report download as upload version, if you talk about that, but i'm not sure if it works.

Well if you make it i will try it for you don't worry about that.Tnx a lot for making the leecher pack.
Oh and if you can make something like report upload as a random value x my download it will be perfect.But i am ok with just making a leecher pack for it.
