Maybe you can, but I'd keep it between 1.0 and 1.5. BitMeTV's leechers can become seeders very quickly...

I think you shouldn't have done so... the PMR is exclusively for low-level trackers. There are some good ones like TL or RevTT where it works indeed, but those are the exception, not the rule.

There is a couple scenarios I was hoping to get some feedback on.
These conditions would be on upper level trackers like sct. or waffl.. with the Vuze mod.

1 .If I am connected to one or two peers and there is some swarm speed but not much. Can I use speed mode ++ and fake an upload even though I am actually not uploading at all? There would be some real activity in the swarm but I would not be actually uploading. Could I fake say between 5 and 20k?

2.Or what if I am not even connected to any peers because I have chosen 0 (no peers) with the "Stop increasing the fake upload" option. Could I fake a small upload if there is some activity but I am not part of it?

I'd say yes.

0 peers means the mod will keep on faking without leechers.

You could do it as long as the peer:seed ratio is good, i.e. say 100 seeders and 20 peers.

What if the fake upload speed is lower than the real upload speed?
Which one is reported to the tracker?
Say if I select 5k-15k with a torrent but some leechers jump on and I am actually uploading at 25k. Does my fake upload speed take precedence or how does this work? This is assuming I have not selected "Add your real upload amount to the fake....".

As long as you keep "add the real uploaded amount..." unticked, only the fake one is reported.

Sometimes my real upload is higher than my fake upload. :/

Especially on upper level trackers where I am trying to be cautious. Maybe in situations like this I should just select the upload multiplier if I think the torrent will have a real upload.

Yes, using the upload multiplier when you get to upload is a good idea. Just make sure you don't set it too high.

You should always check on SB-I or on a respective cheat forum to see the expiriences of other users, before risking your own account. The fact that NRPG could not read the uTorrent process did not help either, and I cannot help but say always run NRPG RatioMaster as an administrator or turn UAC off, if it's being used in Windows Viata or 7.
