    Why when I get error message "explorer has stopped working" the mouse is super slow. Is it possible to make it move with normal speed?

    I'm honestly worried your explorer is doing that in the first place. Maybe it's time for a fresh install?

    Indeed, the problem isn't the mouse cursor moving slow or fast, it's that Explorer is crashing in the first place. Check the logs and you'll find out why (and possibly get a hint on how to fix it).

    Sadly the details on that log are too generic to get a hint about the cause, but I'd start by disabling shell extensions... of which you've got several.

    Code:
    LoadedModule[43]=C:\Users\Dejan\AppData\Local\MEGAsync\ShellExtX64.dll
    LoadedModule[45]=C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager\IDMShellExt64.dll
