I suck at making this sort of recaps But most of my life events from last year are documented in this forum in some form.
"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
found out about private trackers and finally my life became a whole lot easier downloading and finding the stuff i need. Also started going more to the gym and studying more self-help material :)
That's what I did in 2011.found out about private trackers and finally my life became a whole lot easier downloading and finding the stuff i need
In 2016 I did nothing but study. Money was very scarce, as well as everything else.
My motto is: nobody is coming to help, must help my self.
Therefor, must study everything.

I learned a ton about wireless networks and their security.
I went through several bad things at work and gained some life experience as a result. Eventually, I was relocated to a much better place and met many good people who share my passion for computer stuff.
I was witness to a drug arrest and the subsequent police work for the first time.
I became the official yeti of the forum.
I learned that some hardships are worse than others and that sometimes you have to fend for yourself, but things always work out in the end.

nobody is coming to help? you got the helpful idea, didn't you? it allowed you to move onOriginally Posted by Master Razor
also, there's an expression: 'God helps those, who help themselves' - it supports an active approach to life, though what comes out of those actions can vary a lot, depending on the conditions at hand

also, there's an expression that may be applicable here: 'all is well that ends well'
what he missed in his equation was to include positive goals, instead he mostly opted in for negative ones and got to taste the results thereof - the conditions at hand were such that he wasn't able nor willing to choose another way as he didn't see the benefit of positive goals or as the attraction of negative ones was too strong to ignore/resist/oppose/rejectOriginally Posted by anon
