When I was little, every friday we had a horror night, starting from 10PM we would have horror flicks until 3AM. It made friday special, you know? Something to look forward to.
When I was 15, we used to have ASIAMANIA on mtv every single saturday. It was a weekly japanese/chinese/korean movie in a simpler time. I miss those the most :(Originally Posted by Master Razor

Great memories, but high-speed Internet killed these things. Doesn't matter if you use Netflix or TorrentLeech - feel like watching a particular genre? You can start now and add as many movies as you want. No restrictions, no challenge, no charm.

It's not the same if you watch it afterwards! It lacks charm, just like netflix and torrentleech.
There's something about _having_ to watch a particular one while knowing it will be good.
That being said, it's pretty "hard" to find the old original japanese horror movies :/

Ringu, Ju on, ... It's sad I can't remember all the other classics :/ They're probably even worse to find.
