It's not about the IP because even if you've got a dynamic one you can still be safe.

It's kinda ironic at least, we're all PIRATES!!!! after all, but at the samea time they take it and get way too serious with cheaters, it's a big irony. I'm not referring to SCC, just in general.

I only cheat on new torrents at SCC but I use mRatio with my real download speed and 400kB/s - 600kB/s upload until I've snatched it and show up in the peer list as a seeder on the website. After that I bump it up to 1MB/s - 1.8MB/s until the peers die down to < 30 which I then stop.
Normally I wouldn't recommend going that high on upload but if you look at the peer list there are people with legit speeds of 70+MB/s and it seems staff do not care what your speed is as long as you seem "normal".
The other reason for an upload speed this high is that due to the speeds almost all peers finish and turn into seeders after an hour and if you are only using 150kB/s you will not hit 1:1 on your torrent ratio or risk uploading to no one.
