I've been trying to find this out for months. It never occured to me that it could be Nash Bridges.
    Thanks.

You know there are people that still pay for invites? In order to avoid the hassle of finding invites, they quickly solve that by throwing money.
Of course, many of them have no idea these invites are given away for free. They don't even know specialized forums exist for that matter. It pains me.

Hey guys! Anyone might have an idea as to why, when I press on my "eject" button on DVD drive, it simply goes back in (closes) when it should stop so that I can put DVD in? It's really frustrating!
    Thanks

So, basically it tries to open the tray but can't and keeps trying (you hear sounds of the stuck tray) right?
And this only happens when there is no disk on the drive right?

BEFORE doing the following, make sure you have a round white circle on the top of your dvd drive. If so follow:

If both are right, there is a magnetic puck on the top side of the player. That puck keeps the disk in place when it is inserted and, by doing so, it lowers the magnet's power. When no disk is inserted, that magnet has a very strong pull force that sometimes will not allow the tray to open.

To fix, you need to open the tray first (very important) and shutdown the computer with it opened. Take it out of the computer and unscrew the case. On top of the case you will see a round white circle. Take it out and wrap the metallic puck inside with electrical tape or whatever you have. The idea is to reduce the power.
    Thanks

I had to learn that the hard way.

My current DVD drive also suffers from this strong magnetism, but since I rarely use it, I just shove a clip in the emergency pin hole

They aren't so useless that you need to throw away. DVD-RW drives are usefull when you send out documents to people or maybe make an audio CD or something... The point is: some people aren't computer savvy and they prefer to receive a dvd filled with mp3 rather than a torrent to download or a link...

I get requests like these all the time: can you make a dvd with XYZ...
    Thanks

Optical discs are also good for backups if you don't have a multi-hundred-GB drive, just like I didn't some years ago.

Add a parameter called 'exclude' to the query string, and make its value a comma-separated list of forum IDs that are not to be displayed in the search. Mine looks like this.

    Code:
    http://www.sb-innovation.de/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=vBForum_Post&exclude=2,92,7,12,139,19,155,140,107,221,26,222,4,8,17,25,18,31,156,33,34,27,21,126,161,29,30,38,35,32,37,39,40,227,217
