Hmm maybe it worked for a second or so :)
HDCOREA its down???

It seems Bibliotik has made a dramatic U-turn
We're very sorry for putting up a shutdown notice a few days ago. Our apologies to our entire crew of members who were saddened (and angry) at the sudden news, as well as the staff that were caught unawares.
At this moment in time we can't give any details about what happened, but something got us rattled last week. We made a snap decision to shutdown.
The wording of the shutdown message was poorly thought out. In retrospect, we should have waited a few days and put up this notice of a temporary downtime. We all felt really bad about it the day after.
Now the hard work is over and we're ready to announce our plans:
The Bibliotik.org website is secure and intact. We are searching for a new datacenter. If you have experience with good (or bad) datacenters, we would very much appreciate any suggestions. Send an email to biblogistik@i2pmail.org. For secure communication, you can encrypt using our public GPG key at the bottom of this page.
Additionally, our coding staff have some modifications to attend to. Feel free to stop by our IRC chat channel (#bibliotik) at irc.brokensphere.net and express your support for their hard work.
We'll keep this page updated with our progress.

TorrentBits.ro seems to have some problems. Or it's only me?
I am not on torrentbits.ro but have you tried signing in via the Internet Archive. I tried to see if sign ups are possible but apparently sign ups to this site you guys are on is closed.
This illustrates that the login page is accessible. But only on the date you choose. Because of that, it may or may not be possible to sign into that particular site (or any other site for that matter) on the date you choose via the Internet Archive.
Here is the link if it helps at all:
Internet Archive Wayback Machine
I don't know if it's possible. Probably not. It's just a guess that if the server is down currently for some reason then possibly you may not be able to sign in on which ever historical date you choose to sign in on.
But you can try if you like.
Click on a date presented on one of the calenders and you'll be directed to the login site for that date. Try it and see what happens. Hopefully it helps for you.

Oh, oh. Better use LINUX.
The Internet Archive only stores static copies of pages as they've been registered by their crawler, but they can't log you in if the site's down.
It nonetheless is a good resource to retrieve information that's been lost from the Web... or just to see how site X looked in 1998

SCC problem is temporary:
Some of you may have had difficulties reaching our tracker in the past 5-6 hours. We've experienced some routing issues on one of our frontend servers. The problem is now fixed and everything should be back to normal.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
