Let me explain the terms:
global = you cannot access the home page like in the pic above
all around = you can access the login page, but your account gets disabled when you enter
For e.g. PolishTracker has a global ban for that range of IPs and Exigo has a global ban for some dynamic IPs. Get it? :)

Yes I have a first hand experience with this, if you made an account with a proxy suppose like Canadian Proxy, then you have to make sure the proxies you use for logging into RevTT should not be from a banned country(see the list in OP) otherwise your account will be banned permanently.
But its okay if you download with your real country banned IP Their system doesn't detect that

Steps:
1 - Get a proxy (So need to make sure I use the proxy is not be from a banned country)
2 - Accept invite using proxy.
3 - Now i can login with my real ip (Brazil IP, banned)

Right after step 2. you need to make sure to use a proxy which is not banned by RevTT(Not brazil in this case since it is banned) for login-in every time.
Because if it detects even once that you are from a banned country they will permanently ban your account.
And their staff is ridiculous to revoke the ban.
