Yes, although not always. It'd appear it depends on the time of the day and IP they give you.Is your ISP shaping your traffic ?
They never throttled P2P uploads or one-click hosters, so I'm happy, though.

Although I'm sure they don't I'm making this test to see what they say. Will report in 495 seconds...

no shaping here either - it's taken me days to get some of the test results though as their servers always seem to be suffering load issues...
good site though - i've passed it on to a few people :)
