i stopped and started the already placed torrent im seeding in userenity, but the client simulation gives error message.
austin316, which version of RM you are running and where did you download it? Also, can you see 'utorrent' or 'userenity' (or similar) processes in the Task Manager?
For some reason, the memory reader hasn't been working with Ratiomaster 1.9.1. Torrents are downloading in my clients just fine but no matter what client I used the memory reader always fails. I've re-downloaded it before but that didn't help at all.
Windows 7 64-bit. The error message I get is "Search failed. Make sure that torrent client is running and that at least one torrent is working."

Please see if this thread can help: http://www.sb-innovation.de/showthre...threadid=16651
Thanks for the link. I tried running as administrator and it worked right away. I did not expect that to be the problem.
Edit: Nope, that wasn't the problem. It just happened to work when I tried it after that. Future attempts have ended in failure. Unfortunately none of the methods in that thread worked either. It used to work just fine. One uTorrent suddenly decided to stop connecting to anything though and that's when the problems began. Any version of uTorrent I downloaded wouldn't connect, even after removing the old settings. I re-installed another version of uTorrent today and suddenly it works again. Now, 99% of the time Ratiofaker will fail when I use the Memory Reader.
I'm tired of screwing with Ratiomaster, I thought about trying out mRatio. Only, I'm kind of afraid too since I hear it sometimes fucks up announces which typically result in a ban.

"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
Memory reader on RM 1.9.1 doesnt work for me.
No matter how many torrents are downloading/uploading.
Trying to emulate Utorrent 2.04
Windows XP SP3.
Although MR works with emulation of Utorrent 1.85 with RM 1.9.0
So suppose I run uTorrent with any torrent in it and use the memory reader once to get the peer_id and key, I then shut uTorrent down and normally use rm. Will the next time that I'll have to use the memory reader be after RM has been shut down and ran again ?
Rather when you restart your client. And you should stop the RM before you do that.

Seems the peer_id does change while uTorrent is running, this either happens randomly or each time a new torrent is added. Duh this tool has to be developed again from scratch
