Depends on how active they are. Freeleech doesn't really matter if the torrent has 1 seeder and 0 leechers. That kind of torrents isn't preferable.

7-if i spoof high amt of data do i need to seed back the torrent at low speeds in utorrrent to have "high seed time"

WM is really "the pain in the ass" i have to be hooked to my lappy all the time so it dosent serve the purpose very well what could be great instead to leave the torrent seeding for at least 7-8 hrs would do the trick,good to know it aint a necessity on IPT
One IMP question Can i Download the torrent and put it in RM straight Away with 100% Completed Without Even downloading a bit is it safe?

Edit: Ok now i come across a new trouble i just snatched a torrent from IPT and without DL it i instantly opened it in RM (100%) and guess what i am unable to upload anything, figures arent moving,also i i have set not to upload when leechers are less then 5 but leechers are 7 right now any idea what might happened?

Yeah, you can. They really don't care about that on IPT. Just make sure there's leeching going on - I've cross-seeded packs with no issues.

Untick that. It doesn't work correctly and will never be 100% accurate.

Nowadays IPT has been known to accuse people of ratio cheating when their connection suddenly seems faster than usual. They likely found a new way to detect a ratio cheating program that was previously undetectable. Unfortunately, there's no telling how accurate the new script is.But it seems the script warns the staff of unusual upload speeds and if found you get busted...

I have horrible bandwidth as it is and i was going for 512 kbps and speeds like that so perhaps I was probed (Yikes...wrong word eh?)

Best to use constant upload speeds...Atleast that's what I'm doing...
