Errr, no. You actually missed one of the most important points of the Waffles method, i.e. the long seeding time at the end.

and when u'll seed for long time as stated by anon do put your upload speed 0 kb

So when i download with RM with WM and MR and the (fake download isn't fully 100% done then stop before the 100%, i know that when the 100% is reached then it autoupdate RM himself (thats bad), so i need to stop before the torrent is 100%?

Then i still don't get it, are u sure?, because the tutorial says that i must stop the torrent 2-3 minutes before the update.
But when RM download a torrent from 0% to 100% then RM does a automatic manually update ( the tutorial says: (don't do a manual update!))
How to prevent this automatic manually update?

Or do i need to download separately? and then a new one for seeding?

i left the torrents running with ratio master for 1 day also i uploaded 3 torrents and still active on utorrent

Waffles method on packs. Those are usually big enough for a gig (or two) to pass unnoticed.

Alternatively, you can do it on "normal" torrents. But then your snatchlist will look not-so-good.

can you clear your reply i can't seem to understand , how can i do so if my upload is not higher than 1mb and i stop the upload once the torrent is done !!

i put speed 1mb upload and download 650 - 800 , my connection at work is 100mb , can i increase the upload and download or not?
