Well not to hype this site and all but romanian trackers are actually the best for me tbh. I found this site as a substitute for all my tv needs. It's great with fast pre times and good speeds. RM + MR works there on all utorrent versions with uploads as high as 300kb. Just don't cheat when you don't have to.

Since they've had scrape error problem w/ Vuze,i want to recommend you guys that
don't use intelligent mode w/ speed mode cause it's too hard to connect to leechers after download is finished , If you don't want to wait for a long time for ratio and still want to use vem.Use these settings
*Vem,speed mode,
*start fake upload after %10,
*add your real upload,
*Up speed:it's better to prefer average down speed of torrent
*ratio 1-2.
then you have 1. ratio just after download don't need to wait for 1:1 ratio or 24 hours (h-r issue).
If you want good buffer you can go 3-7 MB/s with more than 10 torrents too but not necessary.
Most of the stuff are freelech though for avoiding h-r issue you need to have 1:1 or at least 24 hours of seeding which is sucks :)Depends on people but i can't wait 24 hours.
Intelligent mode is more safer but it's better to use these settings on this tracker or any tracker when there's not much leechers to connect.
Tested w/old packs w/ 2-3 leechers maximum and new torrents too no problem.

Everything would work there, I tested upto 10 MBPS.
Unless I'm misunderstanding you, that's what the "stop increasing the fake upload when..." settings are there for.

Set both of its values to 0 and the amount of leechers won't matter :)
Keep an eye on what's up, of course. You don't want to fake on a torrent with zero leechers.

have 6weeks account but only ~70gb UP, can I do ~200gb in one day or two days? to be promote ? or better cheat slowly and do this in more days?
to get more invites :) but to next class need 2 weeks more and another 200gb UP ..... hmmm Im not greedy but just askwill be carefully with that

If you have to wait two weeks to be promoted anyway, it's pointless to do 200GB in a day. Don't take any risks.
now I;ve TV Collector and 6weeks if now I fake ~200gb I will be TV Freak and after 2 weeks My acc will 8weeks and do another ~200gb to TV Maniac :)
