I have a problem while downloading from filelist.ro ??



does any one have this problem or just me ??


I am using Utorrent 1.8.5 .

No problem here.Did you tried stopping utorrent and restarting it?

maybe ISP traffic shaping... Firewall?

Try limiting the global maximum number of connections to less than 20, was having the same problem and this trick solved the problem

Plain connections. Half-open = 8
It may also be informative to add that I'm using utorrent 1.7.7 with it's original setting except for the global maximum number of connections

I set global maximum number of connection 15 and the same thing .

Plain connections. Half-open = 8

there are 2 types of connections relevant for you:
regular connections and half open connections.
TCP half-open - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And the half-open ones cause exactly the same message on What.cd if uTorrent is set to use more than 20 of them, that's why I asked.
