Some good ads companies?

Hi.I'm looking for some good ads companyes because google didn't gave me a response about my acount i am looking for something to replace it.It's been almost 2 weeks since i applyed at google and still nothing.
A friend of mine even said he had to make 7 acounts until on one of them he received an answer and got accepted.
So until i will be accepted i would like to know some other good ads companyes that doesn't scam users and actually pay.
Oh and if it's a company wich requires a certain amount of activity everyday please post.
