    qBittorrent

    qBittorrent an interesting alternative.


    License: GNU GPL v2
    Developed in: C++/Qt4(interface)
    OS supported: Linux, Mac OS
    Developed since: March 2006
    Latest stable version:qBittorrent 2.1.2 dated January 24th 2010
    Latest dev version: qBittorrent 2.2.0 beta1 dated January 24th 2010

    There are many Vuze, Transmission, libtorrent, rTorrent, Deluge, Ktorrent...

    Some are underestimated... Some others existence you might be unaware of...

    We'd need to check how good they are. There are a lot of factors involved in spoofing another client.

    BitSpirit has an spoofing function too, but its bad coding is beyond description.

    ok, looks like it has only one option: spoof ut on or off.
    rest of the options are quite similar to ut.

    the main thing is to test the the spoof tho ...

    Looks interesting.And it can spoof utorrent.Cool.But is it faster than utorrent like bitcomet is for example?Or what other advantages does it have to make me change to it,besides the fact that i get bored fast with clients?
    What does a scene tracker tell to a general tracker?

    It's basically a utorrent like client for linux users.Windoze and mac user have the native client.No need for a port.

    Nice, but it isn't clear whether this only spoofs clients to the tracker or the tracker and peers.

    Either way, it doesn't have code for uTorrent's peer_id algorithm, so in the latter case others would see you as [FAKE].
