    My 5770 already has 3 monitors. 2 x DVI and 1 x DP.
    I know you can't have 3 DVIs.

Since were on the subject, how about a high-quality usb drive? High speed of small files?
Was thinking about Corsair New Voyager GT v2 USB 3.0 64GB

Yes, I remember you got some super hardware as a hand-me-down from a family member, and we gave you a well-deserved thumbs up for it.

The last two sentences of your post make me realize I have never actually bought a computer. All the ones I own are gifts or obtained through my current job. My parents had to save for years to buy our first, and now criticize me for having so many free ones *sigh*

And if it wasn't for his generous dift, now I would be using a Intel e5200 2.53Ghz Dual-Core with 2GB of RAM and 512MB video AMD 5540. Which would of completely crippled my computing studies.

Depends on how much you wanted to learn those things. I started Android development and working on one of these 2 years ago: ASUS X51RL-AP190P - 15.4" - Core 2 Duo T5450 - Win XP Pro - 2 GB RAM - 250 GB HDD Overview - CNET

Try starting an emulator on one of those and see how many minutes you wait for it to just start.

What does a scene tracker tell to a general tracker?

he said he wanted to do C though, which the dual core is good enough for imho. Unless he meant objective-c, which is something completely different.
You can do C on a Raspberry Pi and it will still go decently.
