I think it will be not believable to mix both stories and heroes in one movie, I don't know but I feel that it doesn't mix.

There's a rumor that Sony will "shake hands" with Marvel, for Spiderman to be in Avengers movies, since he's suppose to be an important role in marvel universe/comics!

seems logical, they started mixing superheros (in teams) a while ago, the next step is mixing them across teams/franchises... the more the merrier... hopefully

You're wrong. They want spiderman in last Avengers movie (maybe even in Captain America 3). So I think they'll make a deal before Avengers 3 starts filming!

Well, these studios don't "talk" to each other, that's why we have currently 3 versions of different heroes (or group) from Marvel. I.E. Sony with Spiderman, 20th Century Fox with X-men and Fantastic Four, and Marvel studios with the rest.

At the end of the day money speaks and a movie like this besides looking awesome makes good business sense and will evoke a massive fan response just imagine u hear about it will u go to watch the movieif it becomes reality it may become one of the highest grossing movies only the makers need to see it the only possible downside is that too many cooks may spoil it with cliches
