The 2018 one is also slightly larger and uses less power

I woke up today tired, exhausted but I didn't do any exercise the day before. So I understood why I look like a wanker, because a I was acting like one.
I'm on the NoFap journey for over a year. Never reached the 90 days (biggest streak was 75) but I'm not pursuing it anymore. 90 is just a number, I need self improvement, after achieving that, 90 days will come and this number will not matter compared to the other benefits.
I will always remember what my friend told on the hardest times. I don't wanna be a wanker, I'm not one.

Except for a few isolated sellers offering as little as one year, all of them offer the official five-year Western Digital warranty here.
Failure rates on hard disks follow a bathtub curve (at least when power saving features are disabled). A two-year warranty will be good enough to cover most genuinely defective units. And for no reason whatsoever, I'd like to mention the system drive in my desktop computer is a 2002 IBM Deskstar and works completely fine to this day.
If you're going to buy one of these, disable Idle3 and APM, and run extended and conveyance SMART tests just to be sure.

Anyway... badgrub.exe, grub.exe, hmload.com, eltorito.sys. It looks like if you have those files in the same place as a new (mid-2017 or higher) version of GRLDR, Parted Magic won't find its own ISO when booted from GRUB4DOS. I spent the last two hours trying to figure out just what could have broken it, until I did.
Version 2018_04_30 is awful, though. Higher memory requirements, power management is broken, MATE instead of XFCE. So I had to go back to2015_03_062016_07_12. Oh well.

I'm sure free alternatives that are just as good exist, but I gave this one a try some years ago and stuck to it. It has all the programs you expect from a recovery CD, is easy to use, and works fine (at least the old versions do).
Actually, I believe the main attractive for me was being able to run the ATA Secure Erase command on laptops where you can't hotplug the disk's data cable, and without having to memorize all the required terminal commands. I'd used Ubuntu for this task before, but the computer once went to sleep while the disk was being erased, despite the fact I'd configured the power settings otherwise... it was not amusing.
