I know this is a torrent place, but, has anyone ever considered newsservers? Stuff like couchpotato, sabnzbd and sick beard are pretty amazing and srsly outwin torrenting (even though they do support some basic torrent stuff).
It feels a bit awkward to pay for warez though..
Usenet used to be great, and I'd often recommend it to anyone considering spending money on seedboxes. But that changed thanks to the automated takedowns in the past few years. Stuff keeps on getting uploaded, but is taken down almost immediately on some cases, so you need to automate downloads, or maybe keep a secondary block account with a pirate-friendly provider to fill the missing blocks. Not as friendly to the casual or less experienced user as it used to be.

Cool, thanks for the response anon.
I was indeed thinking of automation. Doesn't seem worthwhile doing usenet by hand.
That being said, come to think about it, I already automated my tv shows at the time through rss feeds. Not sure if it's worth it to automate movies as well.
i was just pondering over this thing which i wanted to share with you guys. Call me crazy, but do you think that an Android faker is a possibility ?
Managing accounts over the phone itself would a great way of managing in today's evolved day and age. A mratio or even vuze extreme mod sort of a tool which could work over an android phone could be an amazing breakthrough. AFAIK utorrent and Vuze are both in android, though i am not sure of its acceptance in the major private trackers. Maybe this could be the future ?

$2.13 a month? One thing is for sure, no one will ever accuse the staff of making money from this site.

I just installed Windows 3.11 on DOSBox. Games never ran faster and smoother.
No more crashes.
I got Windows 95 working in DOSBox SVN Daum, but it doesn't seem to run very well.

If were talking about games, the OSes are not the same.
Windows 3.11 works best for the games that run in MS-DOS. It's just a colored shell placed over pure DOS.
It all depends on what you need it for, i.e what games do you need it to run.
Windows 9x and Me are also a shell for DOS. A really advanced one which can load its own kind of device drivers and attempts to run 32-bit code whenever possible, but technically still a GUI.
Anyway, I just wanted to see if it was possible, and how well it would work. DOSBox is available for many operating systems, so I guess this might be a limited way to run Windows programs in e.g. Android.
