ohh i forgot my story..

Well when i joined this market research company, i joined it as a consultant.i applied it for field executive incharge. Well in the beginning the seniors tried their best to make me drink alcohol . But i didn't . So they turned against me cuz i didn't do what they asked. they buried me under their projects. I handled all their projects working 13 hours-14 hours straight n 2 times working 36 hours straight.Still they showed manager that i'm not capable of handling anyhting.
after 6 months came the time of recruitment.
And i was not promoted. some idiot straight from college without any knowledge or experience was recruited for that post 2 months back. and that how i was fucked.. and there was a party for new joinee. manager and seniors tried their best to make drink that shit again. of course i didn't drink. If it was anon or razor i would have had 1 shot but no one in the fcuking world can tell hellman what to do. manager went to washroom in between. I picked up my glass of alcohol and poured in the senior's glass (this senior is a good guy) and rest of the seniors were looking at me like i stole their girlfriends. and when manager came back, he asked me where's your liquor , i said its empty . He said did u drink it? i said glass is empty and its all that matters.I said i dont know may be some1 else drank it. He kept staring at me but after that everything went to normal. other asshole senior was so that drunk he said out loud " i was waiting for him to drink , but that moment never came" . and the other senior that was a good guy said "he knew it , what was u guys up to" that's y he didn't drink it
but there were 3 guys who stood up before for me when they recruited some other guy. they said to manager in front of every1 that u have recruited wrong guy. Hellman should've been promoted. he deserved that.

well i was given another task after that. i was made the co-coordinator of the biggest study of my company. And now seniors wanted to bury me under work again. I refused to do their work coz its now my work anymore. When i refused ,man their faces were like someone raped them damn the best feeling in the world. After some days i exchanged some words with a senior. He said somehing rudely to me and i said this is office, if u really have a problem with me, u n i can settle the score outside He was speechless and then suddenly i said " i got u , i was just kidding" . But now he know i mean business n now his shit won't work coz i don't work for him now. I have a independent study now. Hellman answers to nobody now.

Well my company has recruited a new guy again recently for that post again. reason being - the guy they recruited before tuned out to be a moron and totally retarded. they can't fire him yet, coz it'll reflect manager's wrong decision. The good senior told me that. He took a stand for me again. some guys told me that good senior said in conference that hellman should be promoted. But that didn't happened because it would've been a slap on the face of manager. But hellman doesn't care.. fuck u all. Hellman works 9-10 hours now and comes on Saturday as he pleases.

just yesterday the manager asked me if i was fine with working in delhi office? may a promotion is coming? who knows. But hellman is not expecting anything.hellman is gonna try in other companies starting from next year. ofcourse i'll have to start from scratch again, but i'll be happy. Now i'm at peace a little bit but not satisfied and a little worried about my future too . But i'm hoping for +ve.

wow...do you really have a connection with over 90MBPS per second real? meaning around 1GB per subscription from net provider ? courious case that you reach that speed considering the fact that maybe you don't have a SSD ( quessing here) on the router i don't think that you have what to do ...that's all he can do i quess....try to disable QoS if it's on . on the traffic manager panel ( i'm a novice when it comes on networking settings and stuff )

My connection is 120/4Mbps, and if I connect PC directly to modem I get full speed, but when it's connected with router it's "only" ~90Mbps. I do have SSD, W7 is on, other HDD is not ssd, and that's where I have my download stuff & others!

Not sure why your router is acting up. I only have a slightly higher version and it hits my 200 cap.

Do you have firewall enabled in your router?

Yes it's on. I have flashed custom firmware though, but I'm almost completely sure I hit my cap before doing so. But you can always try to do so as well. You can revert back to original by just flashing it back.

Well that does explain your problem lol. I found it very strange that the asus wasn't keeping up, it's the best router I've had so far. And I've had plenty.

It's a very popular router, so it is probably a good buy for the buck. But if you really want to get your full speed, I am not fully sure a router in that price range will do it for you.

Started doing a chkdsk on my new disk that was acting funky. No one told me it would take 8 hours :/ Nor that I couldn't cancel it. All the things I was watching are on it too, bored out of my skull :(

8 hours is extremely long, unless you:

• have tons of small files within
• have tons of big files within
• are using the FAT32 file system (its lack of a free space bitmap makes it scale really poorly on very big volumes)

I'd run an extended SMART test to ensure there aren't any hardware defects.

according to the speedtest i have Ping 14 MS | 73.18 DWN | 61.26 UP | but in real life i have 6 MB DWN AND UP ..so i don't rely on speedtest anymore

The result from a speed test is ultimately an average, and thus can be distorted by bursting and local bandwidth boosts. Find some public FTP that allows uploads, download a big file, upload something big of your own, and note what the transfer rates are in both cases once they've stabilized. Those are likely your real speeds. I'm saying "likely" because this experiment assumes perfect routing, but you can try using different servers on different parts of the world to be completely sure.

each time when i reinstall windows i have to make a setting to skip my checkdisk on the D:(working partition) because i fucked up once creating 1.2 mil archives each with 2 mb instead of 2GB after that it taked me 4h to delete the filles and if i start the chekdisk i think it will take 2 weeks :))

You can try deleting those files from the command prompt if you no longer need them, it's much faster than Windows Explorer.

TP-LINK's Web site says WAN throughput for that model is "800+ Mbps", so you should be more than okay with it
