I don't know why but tracker staff usually have the idea that everyone has a hi-speed connection or enough money to buy/rent a seedbox, or can leave their PC on during the night, they don't even stop to think that maybe people are in BT for the lack of money to buy stuff
Usually it's simple: trackers are based on invites which are given to users that pass given requirements. Those users have to decide, based on proofs, whether or not to invite you. Tracker staff thinks that IF a user invited you then YOU meet the necessary conditions (speed mostly). Nobody will jeopardize their account for a user that can't seed back.
Which is why trading is not permitted. On a trade, nobody gives a damn about those conditions.
There'all a bunch of jerks based on the system above.
Maybe they think that private trackers are the 'better' part of the BitTorrent world and that leechers with bad connections should stay on public trackers?
Leechers are a part of the system too. Everything those "good" members upload has to be downloaded by someone. BitTorrent was never meant to have enforced ratios, that's an ugly system. Trackers that somehow reward long-term seeding over (or along) uploaded traffic use a better scheme.

Absolutely agree with anon, a lot of trackers offer a more decent method of getting users to share than the typical ratio method, these methods usually take into account people's incapability of getting hish ratios through high upload speeds, thus reaching all of the bit-torrent community rather than just a part of it which doesn't have access to good network speeds
I feel the problem most trackers are facing that there no leechers:).
Sadly the way it is projected is as if leechers are evil and root cause to all the problems the tracker faces.
The new trackers being invite only adds more problems to these trackers.
In search of eliteness they are doomed. We need trackers to be open until they get a sizeable number of leechers :)

Thats the reason we cheat. Not everyone can afford a seedbox or donation. And on some sites like PTP, you don't even get upload credits for donation. How is a person with an average internet connection going to survive?
Well said but those who has less experience in cheating get Banned everytime
I don't think it takes much time to be a good cheat. I joined my first private tracker last year after I found SB-I since before that I knew I would not be able to survive. I read many threads here and gained enough knowledge and now can safely cheat on most of the sites.
Can u also PM me those threads and can help me alot
Also all these stuff that we will not give you upload credit if you donate is utter nonsense.
These sites behave as if they are doing a service :). When someone donates he/she expects something back.
