vob files? Why the fuck do you want vob files? If you want copyright free music there are quite a lot, but none of them provides them in vob files. You can use VobEdit to mux 448 kbits .ac3 streams into vob files but no website will provide music in .vob's coz it makes no sense.

vob does'nt makes sense ? wow i don't believe it u really said that... u r not a music freak i guess... video quality of vob's are awesome man plus its audio too which is either pcm 2.0 or dd5 ...

We're talking about the strange DVD Media Format vob?! I'm not really a music freak but I know that most vobs on DVDs contain 448 kbps .ac3 soundtracks. And I also know that .flacs from waffles or what.cd are way better than that.
And about video quality - Most HD Encodes contain 1,5k DTS audio streams and way better video. And I'm no even talking bout BluRay Remuxes or BD50s which would anal fist .VOBs quality wise. But if you're really into that stupid uncompressed DVD format crap I'd recommend SDBits, PTP or Usenet (Scene DVDs).
