The statistics down there are from a Romanian site so I am betting this is one of those lame Romanians with too much time on their hands who want to make a website like filelist.ro and end up spamming your mail 24 hours a day.

Edit: Ups, no, just saw the chat picture. Yup, lame old new Romanian tracker with spamming abilities. I think I've got a few spam mails from them. I would just stay away.
