I fail to see what makes TL, RevTT or What.cd overrated. They're good at what they do.

Not commenting on the other half since I'm not a member, although I once had a peek at FTN and confirmed what everyone's been saying for ages - just a 0-day tracker. Not worth the effort some people make to get in...

Many of these sites are 'overrated' if you're looking for is content and quality. hdbits is 100% not overrated is you are looking for HD content. there is no site better for hd content than hdbits. I was a member, and the rips are the highest quality on the web, and other sites frequently take content from them

elite 0-day sites are always overrated if you're looking for content. If pretimes are the only thing you're looking for, sites like SCC are what you should go far.

Select sites offer unique communities and internal rips. A site being overrated is an opinion based on the user, and you have to give your criteria of what your rating scale is

Bitme is overrated as hell. Everybody says they have the best content etc, etc... But actually, if you got an account on elbitz.net for example you can see that they are above them on number of torrent, number of peers and number of members. If you search for something on bitme you will probably find the same thing and even more on elbitz but with about 2-3 times more peers and it will also be more easy to keep your ratio going there.

PTP - TC is comparable, but without the childish mods who sit on 4chan 24/7 waiting for an invite thread

bitmetv and torrentleech are very overrated imo.
bitmetv appears very much like a pay2leech site, as it's almost impossible to survive there without a seedbox.
torrentleech is ok as a pure 0-day tracker, but the retention of older stuff is often rather disappointing.

the only reason gft is ranked high is because their member list is so low.

if i start a tracker and set the member limit to 100, it would be the most elite tracker ever, going by GFT standards.

i think i still have my account - i literally haven't logged in for like a year because gft is basically crap

i'd rank the bulk of basic popular trackers (ipt, tl etc) above gft...

I don't quite understand the comments on SCC and TL. They are just entry-level trackers, so shouldn't be labelled as "overrated". Actually to me they are quite good among those in the same level.
