yes download the rest from somewhere else, have it complete, then you will be complete on BCG, so you wont be a partial seed as you will have 100%, even if thats 20% from BCG and 80% from somewhere else.

why is it odd?

you download 500meg from BCG but its going slooooooow, so you go and download the rest from TL say, all the rars are in the same folder, you just point your client/torrent from BCG to that folder, and rehash, 100% complete on BCG, bobs your uncle, nelly`s your aunt, sorted lol

and remember we dont ban for just 1, and they get a PM and 1 month to do something about it, if they do neither, then sorry but we have done our best to rectify the situation, you will be surprised how many are habitual offenders. its usually the 10th one we call them out for, but if they have 300 torrents and 10 split over a few months/years, we just send them a friendly PM asking why, its the new members with 10-40 partial seeded torrents and their first torrents on the site, which we do it with.

Like i said, the system is great, i have downloaded games that were 2 years old off the tracker and maxed my dl out, so it does work, just not everyone can see it, and are to set in their ways for global ratio, that they dont like it, but they dont understand it fully either, then you just get the leechers, they just want to dl and hit and run as soon as its complete.

Well i can still not see the point in partial seeding in anyway shape or form on BCG, there really is no need to do it, and you can help seed anything you like, everyone can upload anything they like (well games and not XXX ones), but to help "seed" something, you have to have 100% complete, having 30% of it and "seeding" is just pointless, unless its a pack of game, and then its allowed anyway.

Maybe you need to make an announcement in BCG to let members know that cheating in a semi ratio-free tracker is worthless as really who get caught cheating in BCG is either a n00b or doesn't know about the sp points, opening signups as well as giveaways in blogs like filenetwork will bring a lot of cheaters so you might wanna clear this things up before blaming people for cheating .

Ok last question on this, why would you want to download 300 meg/10 rars of a game that is multi rared, but you cant do anything with, and you obviously do not want, and then just sit there on it, uploading just the 300meg you have, when ratio means nothing, zilch, zero, and you would probably get more upload, if you downloaded the whole thing anyway (or dl the whole thing from elsewhere and helped seed it there).

and tbh they probably dont need your upload (even if it is a seedbox) we have plenty seedboxes on the site, so you are more of a hindrance than a help, which is why we dont allow it (and its bloody pointless as well).

We give members every chance to clarify their mistakes, we dont just ban for bannings sake.

PS: yes i did bite the bullet and joined, dont worry I will not act all high and mighty regarding the cheating, tbh i cant be arsed, but i will try to set you straight, or god forbid, even help members here if they have any problems.

PPS: btw, cirno bans first and then asks questions later (if you get banned come into our IRC) its just the way he does it, I am the opposite, I ask questions, and then ban (but I dont ban often).

PPPS: I dont really think our staff are that bad, you need happy go lucky types, and you also need the stickler for the rules types, there would be anarchy if all you had was the 1st one, and no members at all if all you had was the 2nd, so having both, sort of evens things out.
