Not addicted to drugs and taking drugs and not being addicted are two things

An addiction is overwhelming. Having a balanced life is the best way. think about this how much time does porn addiction take from u? 25%, 50% a smaller amount?

Go out with ur friends more, and if u dont have friends make some - real ones. go to family gatherings, social gatherings and dont just stay at home all the time. Use these things to drown out ur time spend doing the nordy things.
