This may be linked to the Loop topsite being taken down recently, although they didn't shut down when TV-Land was seized either. A part of me doubts ScT is really closing - the vast majority of sceners would want that.

Like i even like SCT.Got an acount 1 week ago, looked at it for 10 mins then gaved it back.Nothing too interesting or different there.

possible, but they probably won't use free signups, since its an elitist tracker, more like signup applications or something similar
