I remember I had 16kB/s at home when I made it... I pretty much never use it nowadays, so no need for extra upload.

I only touch highly seeded and leeched stuff.
Some Tips
If ur new and want to get a high ratio dont go crazy on massive amount of ul and dl. UGamer req u to post stuff on the forums to go next lvl and get invites and when u do people can click on ur name and check ur stats and then BAMMM ur dead if u went crazy on the hi speed.
Make sure that ur numbers are reasonable before posting if u want the ability to give out invites.
Just go moderate 1.5mb is a good speed and not slow.
RM will allow u to get all ur status stuff u want.

Well I been using WM with about 1.4dn and 1.3Up and no problems... I wonder what I can push it to!
From my experience i've cheated on BitGamer at 800-900 Kb/s also on just 1 torrent. Never had problems. For U-G i'm not member there.
i've cheated with rm with upload speed 300-400 kbps succssfully....
don't touch packs there.. once i touched a pack gta an i got caught.. that time i used 1 mbps upload
only cheat at new torrent with huge active leechers
