    I wouldn't recommend it. NoReport-Leecher works wonders there, though

    The only thing I miss on this tracker is that you'll never find scene groups like Vision, Santi, Devise, etc.

    Ya you are right but they are not scene group they are P2P groups..

    Find a proxy that isn't banned and use that. You don't even need to use a proxy in your client to announce afterwards.

    Oh, so they've patched this. PaperBus should probably do the trick until they block its IP ranges as well.
