That's on their rules, but they don't care at all. It's easier to ask members not to hit & run, rather than installing a script to deter such activities (which would increase the servers' load).

On torrents.ro mods are having a tough time with show off retarded guys that like to say stupid thing like they really know something.
Filelist.ro was down before and will be back online as soon as possible.
In the meantime just stick with the other trackers you own.
