Ratio requirements there are fairly low (0.4 is pretty low).
Are you having trouble with your ratio there?? If so, you could go to Cafe Blois-Blois and place a request there to have people help you with ratio if you upload something. And even then, most people do download stuff there that is fairly recent as I've had fairly recent success in doing this myself.
