I am also having the same problem... I had two accounts there none of them are working... I think it is a site bug

Edit: It is a site bug... when I try to sign up I get this error

"Table './hd/users' is marked as crashed and should be repaired"

If u don't have total traffic 10 gb in one months u get banned

And tell them you are getting this message about crashed server. I just saw the news page and it's not mentioning anything about it.

Also, accounts that don't meet the 10Gb traffic are not disabled without a warning:

Accounts with a cumulate traffic (download and upload) less than 10GB/month will be disabled after a 1-week warning. This is an average value, actually you are not forced to upload/download every month. Freelech download isn't taken into account.

I have had some problems with that site before but it's been working fine lately. As stated before, it's probably just the 10gb/month thingy.
