It's was open for registration so I guess level 2

well its open Signups are closed forever , invites are given after 3 months of ReGistration , even inVites at This time are disabled..

it must be at a Higher Level...

YA i believe that it's same tracker level like bitmetv both has same content

and in tvtorrents invite giveaway to member after three months and in bitmetv every man three invite given to pu

So i think tvt is a level 4 or 3 tracker

plz change it

my friend i disagree with u on tvt.com being level 3 or 4
the reason being that change of ip doesnt affect accounts there so lot of people trade them for easy trackers like revtt thebox and so on

also lot of forums where account giveawys are allowed tvt is given away

as far as invites are concerned though tvt is closed the behaviour of u r inviter never affects u so the chance of getting banned due to u r inviter is a tough thing to happen so getting accounts is easy
and yes i do agree tvt should be monitored since they have told invites are disabled if the disabling of invites is long it may go to level 3 or so
still for goin to level 4 it must have disabled invites for atleast 6 months +
u can see u hdbits is level 7 only close they shut down invites permanently and to be honest permanent shutting of invites in tvt is a odd possibility though it cant be ruled out

so final say tvt must stay at level 2 as of now but can be considered for monitoring for level 3 in future

No Level 4 tracker has closed invites.

my friend i dint say all trackers at 4 should be closed for 6months + i mean tvt only

the reason y i believe tvt should be given some time to monitor is they have a much bigger user base compared to ny level 4 tracker
and also tvt is traded for meagre trackers

one more thing, they(tvt staff) said is they have closed signups so disabled invites as a result open signups can be expected sometime in near future

whereas most level 4 trackers u can never see open signups
so tvt should be kept for monitoring before it can move to level 4

One more thing to say
I think BCG is not suitable in level 3..............
Atleast level 4 fine for BCG.
It's a unique tracker in it's category and right now rules for invite made very hard.
Only good member have only invite right now.
So it's just a suggestion to make BCG from level 3 to level 4 .
